Seven stops from a signup to a payout.

Most tools cover one stop and leave you to connect the rest by exporting CSVs. OfferBite runs the whole loop inside one workspace, so each step can read what the previous one produced.

Create a business

A workspace belongs to a business, not to a person. The same login can hold several businesses — useful for agencies — and you switch between them from the header. Each has its own team, plan, wallet and data.

During setup you choose which areas the business runs. That choice decides which dashboards appear and which features the plan must include.

Choose a plan

A plan grants features, seats, channel slots and an included credit allowance. Areas you are not entitled to stay visible in the menu but locked, so a lapsed plan never makes part of the product silently disappear.

Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Reinstating it restores the same workspace exactly as it was.

Connect a channel or an inbox

Content needs somewhere to publish: an Instagram profile, a Telegram channel, a WordPress site. Support needs category presets so customers can route their own questions.

Setup is a short wizard per area, and it can be skipped. The dashboard keeps showing the remaining step until it is done.

Publish and answer

This is the daily work. A content strategy generates a schedule you approve; posts queue and publish on time. Tickets arrive in the shared inbox, get categorised, and are answered oldest-first.

Both sides produce numbers: impressions and engagement per channel, response time and rating per conversation.

Launch a campaign

Group the placements for one push under a campaign, then give each placement its own tracked link. The link carries utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign, and every click is stored against the campaign and the link that produced it.

Because attribution happens on arrival rather than in a third-party dashboard, campaign reporting needs no export step.

Let promoters spread it

Promotion is a separate role from your team. Promoters see what their traffic earned, transfer earnings into credit when they need to run AI work, and request a payout once they reach the minimum.

Affiliate is the other earning path: a commission for bringing another business onto the platform. Both land in the same income wallet, with their source recorded on every entry.

Settle

AI requests debit the credit wallet as they happen. Plan payments, commissions and payouts are ledger entries of their own type. The balance is always the sum of its history, which is why every figure on a dashboard can be traced back to a line.

What stays in sync automatically

The reason to run these in one place is not the menu — it is that the numbers already agree with each other.

Plan → areas

Features, seats and channel limits come from the active subscription.

Clicks → campaigns

Every arrival is stored with its campaign and link, not just a UTM string.

AI → wallet

Each request debits credit with the model and token count recorded.

Earnings → wallet

Commissions and promotion income land in the same income balance.

Roles → areas

Permissions are scoped to the tools they belong to.
